All goods purchased are shipped through NZ post and are tracked. 

Southridge Equine will complete due diligence for any missing parcels but will take no responsibility for any parcel lost or damaged due to poor handling. 

Southridge Equine will take all measures possible to package items safely and correctly to prevent any potential damage. 

Southridge Equine reserves the right to refuse post if an incorrect postage amount is chosen at checkout.
